Jo is MD of Culture Consultancy, a company that increases business results through improving people dynamics. Culture Consultancy work with companies to create effective organisational cultures, upskill their leadership teams, engage their employees and enhance service for their clients.
Jo is formerly head of HR for Goldman Sachs France and Switzerland and with 16 years’ experience working in change management for various organisation across the globe.
Jo brings a wealth of practitioner experience to turnaround and start-up projects. With a global reputation as an expert in building high performance cultures, she specialises in working with senior leadership teams of global organisations operating in complex and regulated environments; helping to deliver sustainable performance improvements, through outstanding people practices.
Jo is also a co-author of the CMI Award Shortlisted book ‘Building a Culture of Innovation’ and has recently been recognised in the Smith & Williamson Power 100 for her work to boost productivity through positive company culture.
She is also holds a BA in European Languages, Culture and Society from the University of London Is qualified coach with the Coaching Academy, an NLP Master Practitioner and speaker on high-performance leadership, conduct cultures and organisation culture to deliver strategic growth.
Jo mentors a number of small business owners and CEOs of charities, recently crowdfunded £8k for the clean water charity Just A Drop.
